Our Story
230Pro was birthed from industry frustration's -
Working in conjunction with the UK Civil Aviation Authority as part of a working group lead by multiple AOC training SMEs and postholders, there is a movement to reform AOC recurrent training to address some of the issues mentioned above.

This movement will provide significant advancements to the quality and control of recurrent training, to ultimately improve safety and efficiency.

In order for operators to take advantage of the training movement - a significant challenge was the management of competency based training data on crewmembers, and making it affordable for all AOCs
Who we are
​​​230 Pro is made up of Training SMEs, AOC postholders, active crewmembers and the software team.
Each of us are active crewmembers operating for both Business Aviation and Commercial Carriers. Together, we bring knowledge from multiple areas of both aviation and tech to apply it in a industry-lead training system, specifically for AOC operators.
